FCC Publishes ATIS Petition for Reconsideration on NORS/DIRS in Fed. Reg.

On June 7, 2024, the FCC published in the Federal Register ATIS’s Petition for Reconsideration of the FCC’s Report and Order modifying the Network Outage Reporting System (“NORS”) and Disaster Information Reporting System (“DIRS”) requirements, thereby setting the comment and reply comment dates.

Oppositions/Comments on the Petition must be filed on or before June 24, 2024.

Replies must be filed on or before July 2, 2024.
