FCC Publishes NPRM Detailing Border Gateway Protocol Risk Management Plan Reporting Requirements in Fed. Reg.

On June 17, 2024, the FCC published in the Federal Register the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (“NPRM”) seeking comment on their proposed Border Gateway Protocol security risk management plans (“BGP Plans”), thereby setting the comment and reply comment dates.

Comments are due on or before July 17, 2024.
